His career began in the late 1990s at HVS International in London, where he rose to Senior Associate before moving to the banking sector as Associate Director in hotel finance. In late 2004, he joined Christie & Co, establishing the Nordic office and leading the consultancy across Scandinavia and the Baltic States.

Kimmo has completed over 425 hotel advisory projects across Europe, spanning market studies, valuations, strategic analysis, operator searches and transactions. He holds an MSc in Property Investments from Bayes Business School (London), an MBA in Hotel Management from Michigan State University, and a BSc from Haaga Institute Polytechnic. A native Finnish speaker, he is fluent in English and proficient in Swedish.
